Terrible internet service. This is the second time in half a year the internet is gone for more than a day.
I would like to thank staff/management for kindness and benevolence! I like very much Tera apartments location. Leasing office assists me quickly with any questions I bring to the office. I feel very comfortable here. Thank you!
The apartment is clean and well-maintained, located in a nice area that's close to shops and restaurants. It's also quiet, making it a peaceful and comfortable place to live.
Unprofessional, disorganized, and lacking communication. I've repeatedly tried contacting the management team about move-out charges (double-billed for various items and charged for cleaning despite it being normal wear and tear), but they waited until the final day to respond, transferring the issue to the Resident Advocate team. I got a tour from Francisco who made me feel super welcomed and excited to see everything. His knowledge of the building and amenities was really helpful and he even recommended a few great food places around the area! Unfortunately, we weren't able to get the apartment but Francisco's service really stuck out as above and beyond.
