🚩🚩Red Flags🚩🚩 I was a resident at Tera for 15 months. While the first 6-7 was actually enjoyable, the send half (especially the last few months) was not so much. Here are some of the highlights: Staff turnover is fairly frequent The fire alarm goes off so often you could basically use it as an alarm clock. Hall ways and common areas are not cleaned often. I have been living at the Tera apartments for a month now and I have been absolutely loving it! It is in a prime location with close proximity to the lake and easy access to both the freeway and public transportation. The staff has been incredibly helpful and kind. Trevor went above and beyond to make my move-in experience easy. The maintenance team is quick to respond to any service requests and are always friendly whenever I see them around the property. Terrible internet service. This is the second time in half a year the internet is gone for more than a day.
I would like to thank staff/management for kindness and benevolence! I like very much Tera apartments location. Leasing office assists me quickly with any questions I bring to the office. I feel very comfortable here. Thank you!
