Literally walked in to lease and was met with horrible attitude of the management I am assuming that everyone is mentioning in the comments. It was at a good location but my goodness, I'm only writing this review so that you won't be fooled. Seems to be really horrible people to have to deal with on a daily basis. After trying to provide my number as per asking to be contacted when they're free, just couldn't take my number down, so I just walked out and met amazing leading team right across at uptown.
Tera was easily the worst apartment building I ever lived in. The only good thing I can say about this building is the maintenance staff, who were quick to fix any maintenance issues we faced. The problems: 1- The noise: floors and walls of this apartment is super thin and building feels like it is not well built. We could hear everytime our upstairs neighbors walking around or arguing. I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Tera Apartments deserves to be shared to warn others. The management here is truly terrible, especially when it comes to the move-out process. My main issue is with Brandi, who works off-site and handles move-outs. She charged me for absolutely everything imaginable — even though I left my apartment clean and in the same condition as when I moved in. I overpaid for a low quality space. My laundry vent was on my balcony and completely took away from the utility of using it, because there was constant dust and lint buildup even after trying to fix it multiple times. The trees ended up taking away the view that I was overpaying (the video they use to market is out of date) for with no solution from the Tera team. Our door lock battery died (less than a year old, new technology they put in) while we were on a trip and we had to wait an hour for maintenance to let us in at 12... read more
