12/2025: We have loved the past year and a half at Tera - so much so, that when we recently decided we wanted a little more space, we transfered within the building. The location is great. We love walking to nearby shops and restaurants. Have to give major kudos to Trevor and Hunter in the leasing office who have been wonderful at responding to questions, addressing potential concerns, and following through even during busy seasons. After a decade, I am moving to an apartment from my own house. I am/was bit nervous about the process and the experience. But the people in Tera apartment in WA are wonderful! They made each step and process very simple and smooth for me. Also they are very responsive to any of your needs. I have not yet started living in the apartment but preparing it to call my home in WA. And the property management people surely did make it feel homely. Tera was easily the worst apartment building I ever lived in. The only good thing I can say about this building is the maintenance staff, who were quick to fix any maintenance issues we faced. The problems: 1- The noise: floors and walls of this apartment is super thin and building feels like it is not well built. We could hear everytime our upstairs neighbors walking around or arguing. We happened to have usually loud upstairs neighbors that would move and drop things around at 3am then walking around loudly at 6am same day... read more

Literally walked in to lease and was met with horrible attitude of the management I am assuming that everyone is mentioning in the comments. It was at a good location but my goodness, I'm only writing this review so that you won't be fooled. Seems to be really horrible people to have to deal with on a daily basis. After trying to provide my number as per asking to be contacted when they're free, just couldn't take my number down, so I just walked out and met amazing leading team right across at uptown.
