The staff was rude. I called ahead and asked if our dd could be there with us (20 year old) and was told of course! They put a x on her hand when we got there to indicate her being under drinking age. We where setting upstairs totally behaving not even dancing or being stupid and where asked to leave. Totally ruined my sisters bachelorette party. I understand if that's the rules but all the staff needs to be on the same page and not give out false information. First time there and probably the last. AC wasn't working and had too many people admitted. Ceiling fans weren't even turned on. You could tell that the vast majority of people were over heated and not happy. The Fire Marshall would have shut it down. Seemed unorganized and we waited over an hour between bands. Saw a couple of fights and a drunk girl thrown out. People were turned away from going to the restroom at least 30 minutes before Joe came out which is ridiculous. Went to see Joe Nichols, didn't even make it to the end of the openers set because it was so miserably hot.

Went to the Joe Nichols concert...props to him for a huge fan base. Tequila cowboy...huge lack of security (overcrowded because probably hundreds got in for free), people were definitely overserved, and the place was over 100 degrees. My friends and I won't ever go back.

Waiting to see Joe Nichols (love me an Arkansas boy from NWA!), but this event has been awful. Most unorganized event I've ever been too. Paid for VIP tickets and couldn't even see. The guys at the door were clueless...they sent us to the back entrance after waiting in line at the front...only to be told that they didn't take digital tix at that entrance. Then they sent the whole lot of us back to the front to wait in line again. Couldn't see the stage and some skanky woman started a fight and threw her drunk on me. Worst pl... read more

They over sold the venue. Told everyone they had to go upstairs to get to the bathroom and then told us we couldn't be come back downstairs. I was on the phone with CPD when they finally let me us down while saying there were too many people downstairs. Oh and... the AC was broken as well!! Not a fan!!

Went to see Joe Nichols. This was so unorganized and wasn't worth the time or money!!!! Won't ever go back it was my 1st and last time! After he was an hour past start time and nobody there cared to share what the hold up was we left.

Where is the AC??? We can't enjoy the night when you are sweating from head to toe! Way to many people in your venue! None of your ceiling fans were on either!
