You are right on point. We left after the 2nd song. I thought my girlfriend was gonna pass out. We went outside for air and decided there was no way that we were going back in that sauna. Most of the fans were off or broken. To boot: you had to work your way thru a crowd that was shoulder to shoulder to go to the restroom.... Ridiculous!!!! I didn't even want to drink because I knew that would translate into more trips to the restroom!!! There should be one in the back of the room if the show is in the front. Do not go here to see a concert! This place has no idea how to organize and event. We were at the Joe Nichols concert and that place should've been shut down! Way overcrowded and it had to be 80 some degrees in the place! Paid for our tickets, but left after only hearing 2 songs because it was so intolerable. Never going back for another concert, which is sad because this place could have real potential. Oh well.

The staff was rude. I called ahead and asked if our dd could be there with us (20 year old) and was told of course! They put a x on her hand when we got there to indicate her being under drinking age. We where setting upstairs totally behaving not even dancing or being stupid and where asked to leave. Totally ruined my bachelorette party. I understand if that's the rules but all the staff needs to be on the same page and not give out false information. Went there for a concert last night it was about 105 degrees in the place no air way over capacity had to be by atleast 100 people. Was not a goodnight being shoved and bumped into all night because there was no where for people to move. I don't think we will be back.

Here for Joe Nichols show. Way oversold. Fire Marshall should be involved. Extreme difficulty trying to get a drink. Bartenders are doing their best but are overwhelmed. Extremely long lines for restrooms. Acoustics are horrible and the sound man had continuous feedback for opening act. No air conditioning so everyone was sweating and miserably hot. Headliner was over an hour late. It's so packed we couldn't see the band anyway. Ended up leaving long before the concert was over. What a total waste of money.
