Ordenas algo por teléfono, te dan otra cosa y después te echan la culpa. La incompetencia la comparten los empleados y los managers. Se ordenaron 3 patacones (2) sin queso! le echaron mas queso q pollo! (1) regular de carne mechada le echan otro queso con tanto líquido que parecía sopa. Absurdo, pero peor es hablar con un “manager” que entiende menos que sus empleados. Gracias por su incompetencia.
Yo siempre pedia comida de este lugar hasta el dia de hoy pero no se que les esta pasando, las ultimas 2 veces que ordene, no me trajeron parte de la comida y me la.cobraron. la vez anterior llame y me dijeron que en mi proxima compra me iban a enviar lo que falto y hoy que ordene, no solo no me enviaron esa comida sino que aparte tampoco me enviaron el patacon que ordene que era mi lunch y tambien lo cobraron. La cajera estuve en el teléfono durante toda la orden, no tenia ni la educación de mirarte mientras pedías la orden. Cuando me dieron la cachapa estaba totalmente fría el centro no la habían descongelado bien, comida de mala calidad. Hablé con la chica y le devolví la comida y no ofrecieron nada

No doubt the food is good, but the one woman that works here lacks customer service skills and basic comprehension she doesn't even look up at you when you're ordering or paying, today is the 2nd time she's messed up the order because she doesn't pay attention, ordered 2 burgers 1 regular the way it comes with everything and the other No lettuce,tomato,ketchup,mustard, or salsa verde, well apparently she didn't write that down because both had everything!!!
