one of the waiter called us "shame" and even argue with my family on mother's day because she wanted more tip!
This was my family’s FAVORITE buffet until this happened not too long ago, as there was only 5 of us and we didn’t feel the need to tip but was generous and we usually put cash but because the server didn’t come check up on us AT ALL I was iffy. He WATCHED us sign and do the tip and said it was mandatory to tip 15% or such and we said “No, that’s optional” he then pissed me off by shoving it in my face like I didn’t understand what he said, I just told my siblings to get up and let’s go. Most delicious Chinese cuisine I have had so far. Beautiful place to be.
Waiters will ask for tip and won’t accept the fact that they did a poor job serving.
Good service at a big buffet.
Comida deliciosa, excelente presentación, exquisito sabor y para variados gustos, para mi el Sushi está muy bien.
We have been here a few times. The very first couple times the food was very good. We ate there last month and again tonight. The food quality has gone down a lot not as good as it used to be. Nevertheless I still think that it's better than some other buffet we have been to.
The buffet was very, very dirty. Sticky serving lines, new food being dumped on top of older food, water leaking from women's bathroom into the hallway. This place used to be impressive but I don't think we'll go back after today's experience.
First timers, Best selection of food we have ever seen, food was awesome and so was the atmosphere, we highly recommend
