After my video conference with Dr Pitea, I felt he was perfect for my proceedure.
Dr Pitea is wonderful. I would give a 5 star rating but he is so in demand that wait times for your appointments are long. At least an hour or longer waiting. It would help if his staff would come into the room and update you but they don't so you feel forgotten closed up in exam room until they come to get you. Also, when delayed due to his next procedure, if a nurse could let you know it will be a while and allow to go rather than sit in a hard wheelchair after you awaken from your procedure. In our first meeting, Dr. Pitea was timely, friendly, informative, and reassuring. His surgery was thorough and successful, although my recovery was more complicated and uncomfortable than he lead me to believe it would be.
Excellent care by everyone to include the front desk, nurse, PA, and Doctor. I would definitely recommend this practice.
