I see Dr. Karla Rodriguez who is part of the practice, and she has been a trusted, practical, and supportive psychiatrist. I was part of the Hosp of Central CT practice, but everyone I loved and trusted there absconded from the practice by 2018. So for the past 7 years, I've been under great care. Intervention changes, monitoring, prescriptions, etc. Appointments are by Zoom, which is a great thing, but it's also kind of funny that I've never physically met my psychiatrist... 😆 If you can get in, get in. Great practice.
Dr. Straun is truly an incredible doctor. He cares about the people he works with and allows them to be in the driver seat of their journey. I love that he is holistically minded and doesn’t just try to treat symptoms, but also causes of those symptoms. He has been an incredibly important part of my journey and I am beyond grateful to be in his care.
