I've been renting in Bozeman the last 6 years and this was the best rental company experience. As long as you take care of the property and communicate politely, these good people will work with you.

After reading someone else's review about this "company" being one person I was hesitant but they were completely correct. This is one person to lost in their own organization to help you. After a showing, I liked the property so I tried to reach out but after multiple texts and many calls still no response and it has been a week. Trust the bad reviews, this "company" doesn't care about you or the property just the money.
Reached out many times and never hear back. Really bad at responding to potential renters!
Recently had a year lease with them... they were absolutely amazing! With two dogs and two cats ... as well as a baby - we thought it was going to be next to impossible to find a place. Luckily - this company accommodated all of the crazy animals and made us feel insanely welcome. Whenever we needed anything they were there extremely fast and ready to help.
