Absolutely amazing staff. They made this move in one of my best and easiest. The complex has unique lay out and great amenities. Thank you to everyone in the leasing office.
Casey was amazing in helping my family get settled into our apartment. She always went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly and that we felt comfortable from day one. The apartment and community were great, and whenever we needed anything, Casey was there to help. She was more like a friend than just office staff, and we’ll definitely look back on our time here with great memories.
I’ve lived at a couple of places now in Downtown.10th & G has become one of my favorite by far . Reasonable pricing , industrial like feel, balcony with city views , and right on the outskirts of DT but yet perfect for walking to & if you wanna relax and stay inside it’s still peaceful at night. Not to mention the elevators are never busy or broken ….. I’ve been living here for 6 months and it’s been great! The leasing office team including Casey, Amy, Lanica and the rest of the staff are always quick to respond and very helpful. The maintenance team is also fantastic. They usually take care of requests within a day and they are always fast and polite.
Lani and her team at tenth&G are amazing. Always super friendly and really do their best to make every resident feel taken care of!!
