I have lived here over a year which means I love it (for the most part). The apartments are soundproof and the location is ideal. Donovan was always nice to speak with and very helpful. The studios are compact and the sound of the fridge throughout the night takes some getting used to. Security procedures could improve here and one tenant can ruin it for everyone. Honestly I love living here. The girls Lani Casey and Amy are so helpful in the leasing office and I’m happy to say that they have truly become my friends. Staff vehicles don't need to be registered, can do whatever they want but will tow your car within the hour if you don't have the necessary plaque that. There's improper ventilation and you can smell everything from outside and feel the weather of outside right inside your home. if you're facing the courtyard you'll smell propane gas anytime the grill is turned on.
