Wanted to express my gratitude to Lanica and Denise for doing such an amazing job at the apartment complex! They go out of their way to organize monthly events that are so fun and bring residents together. Lanica is always free and will deal with any concern. Great management and great team!
Living at 10th and G has been amazing! I’m in love with my apartment and living near so much. The grocery store is nearby, cute coffee shops, and it’s super walkable with my dog. Lani and Denise have always been so sweet and helpful! I’ve lived in a few spots downtown and this one by far is my favorite
Joe gave me a tour and was so nice and helpful! Although I ultimately decided not to move here, he was genuinely very informative and his efforts in finding me the right apartment were very much appreciated! Also a great area if you’re looking to be next to the Padres stadium!
I’ve been living in 10th & G for over 2 years and I thoroughly enjoy it. Here are some notes I’ve collected: Apartment: - The apartment is more worth the price for the area. My non-negotiables were washer dryer and concrete anywhere. The space is cozy and still has that urban flare that impresses my friends. Build before 2020 and still holds up. - Quite walkable to your favorite restaurants, bars, and cafes. Love the maintenance team at 10th and G. Antonio "Tony," is usually always the one to respond to our maintenance issues, and he does amazing work. He is quick, dependable, and thorough, and resolves every issue with a good attitude. The entire team, leasing and maintenance, is great at 10th and G!
