DO NOT waste your time or money with Tenth & G Apartments. I’ve been waiting for my deposit refund since September, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Their accounting department is completely unresponsive, and the leasing office refuses to provide any real information or connect you with anyone who can actually help. Every time I call or email, they tell me I’ll “receive an update soon,” and then weeks go by with NO communication and NO refund. My partner and I toured here a couple of weeks ago with Lani. We have been looking around all over downtown San Diego and no other person gave us an experience like she did. She was warm and inviting - even though we didn’t have an appointment - and it felt like she really went above and beyond to try and find us a home. Having her show us around felt like having a close friend be our tour guide. Living at Tenth&G has been Great! The manager Lani is helpful and kind with every request. I truly feel like she cares about the residents, and the community as a whole. Maintenace repairs are always done quickly, the building is clean and you can't go wrong with the location! I will always recommend this place to friends who are looking to move!
Was a little skeptical in the complex given some of the past reviews years ago, but you can definitely tell the management has changed and that they take pride in the cleanliness and all around environment of the complex (especially the luxury scent throughout the complex).
