Extremely disapointed with the inhouse sales team members service. Her exchange with me was condescending and quite frankly unprofessional. The pricing is grossly inflamed and when question about it, rather then an explanation that makes sence or offer what would work in our budget, I recived a read between the lines condescending, sarcastic remarks. POOR POOR professionalism. Many other companies out there to work with that are ALSO in the country.

I stumbled across TentCraft after another tent company couldn't get their product to me in time for an event. As soon as I spoke to Meghan from TentCraft, I never looked back. There is so much to love! Their customer service is phenomenal. The artist nailed the design. Their communication is top-notch. I've been informed every step of the way. I love that every part of the product is manufactured in-house and they stand firmly behind their goods. We can't wait to set up and show off our new tent. Thank you, TentCraft team!
We are thrilled with our tent as well as our experience with Tentcraft! Meghan made getting our tent designed and delivered a cakewalk. She was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions in detail. Tentcraft turned the tent around in about a week. This company simply blew me away!! After calling a dozen companies that were all based overseas and spoke very bad english, I got a hold of Tentcraft. Logan was super to work with, they were fast, efficient and best of all...SPOKE English as their first language!!! Designed, manufactured, serviced, all in America!! The quality is fantastic, the frame and cloth very sturdy. The graphics are amazing!! I can go on and on but have to go sell something! Excellent value.
