TentCraft is an absolute A+ company to work with. We have ordered several event tents and related items over the years, and they ALWAYS exceed our expectations. The tents are incredible quality and will last a super long time, and if we have any minor issues, they have been resolved on the spot. TentCraft are not happy until we're happy, and suffice it to say that we are VERY happy as a TentCraft customer. The next time we need anything for events, they will be our first call!

Extremely disapointed with the inhouse sales team members service. Her exchange with me was condescending and quite frankly unprofessional. The pricing is grossly inflamed and when question about it, rather then an explanation that makes sence or offer what would work in our budget, I recived a read between the lines condescending, sarcastic remarks. POOR POOR professionalism. Many other companies out there to work with that are ALSO in the country.
We LOVED working with this company! They did a perfect job and shipped quickly.
