Terrible customer service
I've never had a bad experience at a retail store, but Tenshoppe at Ontario is the only exception. It's not difficult to have a nice store with respectful employees, but they somehow have found their specialty in AWFUL customer experience. From numerous damaged clothes, to not even having a website (but there's a link present on every tag??), to having a horribly rude manager named Melissa, stay AWAY from shopping here.
