I go here frequently for the cute clothes but the lack of customer service etiquette from the associates is baffling. The girls working there always look so bored and rather be somewhere else than attending to the customer. The changing rooms always look dirty and it smells so bad. I would recommend going to the Outlets at Orange Tenshoppe instead for better customer service and a wide range of clothes.

this used to be my favorite store in the mall because all the clothes are so cute and the employees are TYPICALLY very nice to me. However, today I encountered a brunette girl with a nose piercing and idk if she’s a new hire or something because i’ve never seen her working there before but she was so rude! Went in to return an item and I encountered so called the “supervisor” at the time and was not letting me return and item because it smelled like me obviously the item is going to smell like me if I try it on , I was wearing a strong scented perfume that lingers and I went home and tried on the item and did not even wear the item out the tag just simply just detached from the dress when I tried it on at home in a comfortable setting because I feel comfortable trying clothing at home wear I can style it with other items . Just walked out of this store today and not 1 employee greeted me. They had at least 3-4 employees there. It’s sad to see that these people work in retail without standard customer greeting skills. Prices are over the top and customer services isn’t top standard. Please train your employees more efficiently.

Employees did not acknowledge me at all even when I was right by them. Waited at register to check out for 10 minutes, employee looked at me and never came over so I eventually left without purchasing. Super cute clothes tho!
