I have been looking for this particular table for quite a while now...too bad the store wouldn't work with me on shipping out of state. I would have paid WAY extra, considering I have all of the chairs and pieces to match already. Maybe I'm just used to good customer service and friendly people in Texas. The man I spoke to came off as short, impolite, and rude. Thanks for nothing Tenpenny furniture.
Things started out great. Wonderful deal. Knew what we wanted right when we went in. Purchased in less than 20 minutes being in Novi store. They said 2 to 3 weeks. We got it more than 2 months later. Rude service. We had to call every other day to get updates bc they had no idea what was going on. We begged them for a loaner couch since they said the couch would be in before a housewarming. Horrible customer service... Really disappointed with quality of products. We bought a couch and love seat from this location less than 1 year ago and it started looking less than average after around 6 months. We called to ask about the quality and had our cushions replaced by were told we had to replace the back stuffing on the couch ourselves. Less than 5 months later the cushions started sagging AGAIN and I just called to inquire about a possible refund since we didn't pay this much for a couch to be falling apart after ... read more
