I got my AC compressor replaced. It cost $760!! And that wasn't even the problem. I had a bad pulley. 2 days after it was fixed my belt snapped again! They took another look and figured out that the pulley had shap edges and its snapping the belt. I was told I can't drive my vehicle without the AC compressor because it would lock up my power steering. Well when my belt snapped for the second time, he took the fuse out for the AC compressor (which I was told I NEEDED in order to drive). Now he has to fix the problem without c... read more
Paid a lot of money for a stupid serpentine belt and ac compressor, just for it to be the pulley that they miss diagnosed and supposedly can't find! Even though the new shop i called found it right away! Paid over 1,000$ to not fix the problem and my belt keeps snapping because of it. It's been 2weeks why isn't a pulley still not available or why haven't I got updates on ordering the part else where? Next time my belt snaps it will be a 3Rd $220 tow, that I have to pay for. I’ve only had experience with the son but they have phenomenal customer service. You can tell they really want to do right by the customers and help in the best ways they can. They make sure to explain the work and what was needed and are thorough.
