Rick is great! He was clear about pricing and walked through options of completing the repair or buying new, with no pressure for either choice. He is very thorough with the repairs, and discussed with me how to better maintain my snowblower at home. Rick definitely knows a ton about everyday maintenance of snowblowers, and is willing to share. I’ll always bring my snowblower back to Rick, but knowing way more about how to maintain it at home, I’m not sure I’ll ever need too🙂

Rick did a great job repairing my snowblower. He does a complete tuneup and goes beyond what you would get elsewhere. Turns the work around in 24 hours which is very unusual in that business. Rick is interesting to talk to and he is very specific about how to treat your engine and what gas to use. I like that and it gives me confidence that he is the right person to go to. Extremely impressive service and results. Rick fixed my non-running snowblower in a few short hours, the day after a 6” snowfall. . It now runs like a dream. He also provided helpful hints to keep the snowblower running at peak performance for years to come. Friendly, helpful, and reasonable rates. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Highly recommend!
Rick and his work are exceptional. We had our mower in last Spring, and it hummed along better than ever the past 7 months. The cost is fair, the service is quick and effective, and the experience of talking to the small engine guru that Rick is was quite enjoyable! No need to look elsewhere if you live in the West Metro!
