Rick really knows his way around small engine repairs. My 25 year old lawn mower was really hard to start and I didn’t want to buy a new one. He told me when to bring it over and when I could come and pick it up. It now starts on the first pull and runs like new. I would highly recommend Rick to everyone who has problems like I had. He is honest and very straightforward and definitely cheaper than new.
Rick was fantastic to work with. I reached out for a lawn mower tune-up and he responded almost immediately. Since I lived nearby, he even offered pickup and delivery for a very reasonable fee, which made the whole process incredibly convenient. I recently received exceptional service at Tennyson Companies. Rick, the technician, demonstrated a high level of professionalism and was extremely helpful in serving my snow blower. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and I intend to return in the near future.
Rick is amazing! I called him about11 am with several issues on a lawn mower. He picked it up around noon, and had it back to me about 3 30, completely repaired and tuned up, parts replaced, oil changed — everything. He gave me several good tips to prevent future visits — who does that any more?! Rick provides excellent, prompt service, charges a reasonable price, and truly cares about quality repair. Contacted Rick on Thursday. Got a quick quote, ironed out a couples of details, agreed on everything. He picked up the lawn mower Friday morning and delivered after an extensive rebuild and cleaning the following morning. Excellent communication and service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Rick for any small engine repairs you need.
