Dedicated team making a lasting difference in children’s lives everyday!
Hard working staff improving and positively impacting many young lives. Such an important part of the Denver Community
So thankful for the incredible work that Tennyson Center does for kids and families! The staff are compassionate, dedicated, and truly make a difference every day.
If you are contemplating sending your child here, I highly recommend looking into the case of Timmy Montoya-Kloepfel. While trying to escape such a facility, he was struck by a car and passed away. He was only 12. This was also shockingly recent, having occurred on June 12, 2020. Also, there have been several reports of children overdosing on their property. From my information, the residential programs have since been closed down, however, similar programs in this facility still continue to this day.
My name is Ian, and I strongly advise against sending your child here. I attended for two years, and during that time I experienced serious mistreatment. On one occasion, a staff member named Nate slammed my head into a wall and forced me to the floor. Additionally, a friend of mine discovered a knife in a room, and when he attempted to report it, staff threatened him with legal action if he spoke out.
Tennyson Center for Children has a 2.4 star rating with 108 reviews.
Tennyson Center for Children is open now. It will close at 5:00 p.m.
