I will give this building and their management team zero stars if possible. The managers keep changing. Management office closes at 3pm and after that whatever happens is not management’s responsibility. They dont care because they live elsewhere. Building is unclean and unsafe. Main entrance to both building A and B stays unlocked 24-7. Homeless people enter and roam around freely in the building especially during winters. The so called security service is not effective. I ended my lease here for personal reasons, but I wanted to share that this apartment is professionally managed, with a support team that responds quickly and keeps the place well maintained. Special thanks to Arma (Property Manager) for always responding promptly, even after hours, and for being so supportive throughout my lease.
I've had a generally positive experience living in this apartment building. The current building manager Arma is very helpful and maintains good communication, which has made any concerns easy to address. My unit was clean and recently renovated when I moved in, and I never had any heating issues in the winter. It did get quite warm during the summer, but I was lucky to have a personal A/C. Amazing place to live!
My overall experience at Tennyson apartments has been pleasant. Having lived in one of the bottom floor units here are some of the observations I had: 1. People were quiet and friendly. 2. Arma, the building manager, has been pleasant to deal with and reasonable. Any questions I had she answered in a prompt manner and any issues I saw through the building were addressed in a good timeline. 3. Over all communication from the management team is good.
