Lived in the building from 2024. Has gone through few managers for the period and happy to see that we have a permanent management now since last year which is easy to deal with and get things done. Very proactive and great customer service. I hope this will continue and keep the same for the convenience of the tenants. Some thing to value and remark. Recommend this place to anyone with this improvement.
I have been living in this building for 6 years. The new management have improved various things including the increased security measures done recently to lock the doors from 9pm to 7am daily. The underground parking garage cleaning was organized exceptionally well with all cars removed in order to do a thorough job. Shan please continue the good work and as a senior I appreciate the changes management has made.
I have lived in this apartment for few years. Best management ever had. Thanks for locking the main doors from 9pm for extra security and working on the parking matter. The underground parking is free from other building cars now. This should have happen long time ago. Appreciate keeping the residents happy. This is the place to be and recommend to anyone.
I moved recently to the building 2 months ago. I'm very happy how the rental application and move in was done. Absolutely loves the service and the management. Highly recommend to the others if you want to rent in this building.
