Getting my initial appointment was a nightmare. That should have been the obvious sign to me to seek care elsewhere. First, we played phone tag for over a week. Finally, I was able to make an appointment, but I had to wait a month for it. I was told that due to my symptoms, they would work me in earlier, but it never happened. I have seen Dr Knight for years and she is amazing. I have always heard she is one of the best gynecological surgeons, but she is also very thorough in her exam, listens and is compassionate. I saw Stacy Kesterson NP the last few times for an issue I was very concerned about. She was wonderful! She did a procedure that day to allay my fears and was very competent and compassionate. I highly recommend this practice.

I only gave them one star because I couldn't give them none...I got in to this practice and thought it was going well with the nurse at first getting seen until it was something she couldn't handle and she referred me to their surgeon, dr knight, who was on vacation and when shecame back didn't even see me just had the receptionist call me LESS than 24 hours before my appointment saying she was referring me to the university of tennessee to a surgeon there. no explanation.. won't even talk to me...i have called several times... read more

Dr. Penny Knight is the best OB I've ever had. She always listens and she's helping me through my journey of starting my family. Thank you for genuinely hearing me. I never have issues with making appointments, I always get a call back, and I never have a long wait. It's an all around great office to be a patient of. Keep up the great work!

Been a patient of Doctor Knight for years but cannot get through to her office for a medical appointment. Keep getting answering service with a promise of a call back but no one ever calls me back.
