The wait time was excellent, All the staff were very polite and respectful, All the nurses and the NP were excellent they explained everything to me they were respectful and polite and Mrs Young explained my options, gave me her opinion and what was the best option, totally up to me. She is a caring woman , God Bless You and your amazing team.
She was thorough and truly listened to me. After years of dealing with a chaotic mix of hormone, thyroid, and menopause symptoms—and repeatedly being told everything was fine—it felt so reassuring to finally be validated. Ladies, no one will advocate for your health better than you will. You might have to try a few providers before finding someone who understands you, but don't give up until you find the right NP for you♥️
