I took my mother to see Laura Price and we were so surprised at how well we were treated, how fast we got in, how much time she spent with us, and how she covered all bases to find out any and every problem that my mom was having. We had been to other doctors in the past and we're treated really bad. It is really hard to find someone like this in today's medical field. I highly recommend her and Tennova.

this place is a joke. first issue was being seen an hour and 45 minutes later than my appointment. then 2 weeks later I'm playing phone tag with them because nobody will return the call to my pharmacy to get my medicine.(was submitted on 10/9, now 10/17 and still no call back to me or the pharmacy) i will be changing dr's offices. and the receptionist was rude as well. terrible experience all around.

Waited 2 hours. Dr. Was in and out in a couple of minutes. I felt confused and given no information about upcoming procedure or alternatives. He was nice, and I understand this is all routine for him and his staff, but it isn't for me. More time, information, and compassion goes a long way. I hope my surgery goes well. I'm scared.

Been over a week since my biopsy, they have the results, they literally won't click the button to put the results on my portal or speak to me about them at all. They're waiting for the doctor to release them, but he won't look at them for another week apparently and nobody will take my call. I just get told that my message is in the queue and someone will look at it in a couple days, but here I am waiting for my own information about my own tests for over a week. I literally hate this place

Went for bloodwork, results are high and indicate a biopsy should be performed. It's been four days, the only reason I know is because of the app. Nobody has contacted me to discuss results or schedule the biopsy, no doctor, no nurse, no one. I've called and sent portal messages all week. You talk to a secretary, and she placates you and tells you someone will call in 48 hours.
