Been over a week since my biopsy, they have the results, they literally won't click the button to put the results on my portal or speak to me about them at all. They're waiting for the doctor to release them, but he won't look at them for another week apparently and nobody will take my call. I just get told that my message is in the queue and someone will look at it in a couple days, but here I am waiting for my own information about my own tests for over a week. I literally hate this place

Went for bloodwork, results are high and indicate a biopsy should be performed. It's been four days, the only reason I know is because of the app. Nobody has contacted me to discuss results or schedule the biopsy, no doctor, no nurse, no one. I've called and sent portal messages all week. You talk to a secretary, and she placates you and tells you someone will call in 48 hours. My experience with the hospital was extremely disappointing. I was contacted by a nurse, and during our call, she abruptly hung up on me, which felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. Furthermore, I had seen a doctor a few weeks ago who assured me that he would prescribe medication for my condition. However, I never received any medication or prescription. Had a appointment for 3:15 pm had to wait for another hour and 15 minutes finally left there at 4:50 pm. But it was all for good because of Dr Delair being such a great Dr at his craft many people from miles around are under his care come there. Thus causing a waiting issue. By no means is Dr Delair is at fault. He's in a high demand. Makes me feel I made a good decision to see him.

Dr Sean delair was not helpful at all, it took 5 hours to be seen for 5 mins. My mom is still having problems, and they wanted to make another appointment but couldn't out her in until a month after. He didn't even look at her past CTs and wasn't sure what he was talking about. Never will come back.
