Worst place ever. I should have looked at the reviews of this place first. Rated a 2.5. Horrible. I understand why now. The two old ladies working at the reception desk had attitude problems. 2 karens at best. Then I had to wait almost 2 hours for my scheduled appointment. Longest wait i ever had. The doctor does.not care about anyone's time, only his time. Go somewhere else. This place is horrible. I lost a whole day of work for this crap. I can’t get ahold of anyone up there for a procedure I have to have for my next appt. This is the worst drs office I’ve ever had. Nobody will answer my messages on the portal and when I call they say hes not there but he clearly is bc they message me OCCASIONALLY. I’ve been trying to get this done for over a year. If I could give zero stars I would.

I took my mother to see Laura Price and we were so surprised at how well we were treated, how fast we got in, how much time she spent with us, and how she covered all bases to find out any and every problem that my mom was having. We had been to other doctors in the past and we're treated really bad. It is really hard to find someone like this in today's medical field. I highly recommend her and Tennova.

this place is a joke. first issue was being seen an hour and 45 minutes later than my appointment. then 2 weeks later I'm playing phone tag with them because nobody will return the call to my pharmacy to get my medicine.(was submitted on 10/9, now 10/17 and still no call back to me or the pharmacy) i will be changing dr's offices. and the receptionist was rude as well. terrible experience all around.

Waited 2 hours. Dr. Was in and out in a couple of minutes. I felt confused and given no information about upcoming procedure or alternatives. He was nice, and I understand this is all routine for him and his staff, but it isn't for me. More time, information, and compassion goes a long way. I hope my surgery goes well. I'm scared.
