whenever Tenova switched over to Vitruvian health the administration took a deep dive. The follow up and scheduling of follow up labs/scans ordered by the Dr is atrocious at best. I truly love my actual Dr but the run around to get the follow ups scheduled is not worth it. The only option I see is to find a new Dr at this point.
If you have an appointment at 745, you shouldn't open the doors at 7:55..
I have always had a great experience here. I see Dr. Avan Jaff and she is very professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic doctor. When I first came to see her, my COPD was so out of control. She worked with me to find the right medication to help alleviate my symptoms. She made the quality of my life so much better. I will always be grateful to her. I recommend her to anyone that needs a good doctor.
You can genuinely get better medical advice from Google or Twitter (X). Doctor was completely unwilling to listen to my concerns and gave me the most general and useless “recommendations” possible. Trust me. Save yourself some time and look for a different PCP.
