Diana Marie Lewis is rude and not professional went in there for toothache and dr note she refused to put a end date which my work needed a start and end date weather it was the same day I needed it! Would not recommend! But dr. Jaff is amazing!!
My experience with the nurses and doctors has been good. Their system however is horrible, It took almost 20 minutes to check in for routine lab work- there was no line- it just takes that long to check you in. Every visit is like you’ve never been there and they have no information . It’s way below the standards that most medical facilities meet these days. That’s a leadership problem- they evidently don’t care.
This clinic is shockingly unresponsive. Multiple calls, voicemails, and follow-ups have gone unanswered for weeks. When you are dealing with medical care, silence is not just inconvenient, it is negligent. If a practice cannot manage the basic responsibility of returning patient calls, it raises serious concerns about how they handle actual care. I would strongly advise anyone who values timely communication, professionalism, or respect for patients to look elsewhere.
