What an abysmal practice, the staff shows a total disregard for their patients, the wait times are absolutely horrendous, god forbid you need actual care. A certain Dr too showed a callous disregard for my health and the care of a family member of mine, the staff was rude and inconsiderate, just inhumane really, if you are in need of care please do yourself a favor and find a PCP somewhere else where there are actual kind human beings and not cold, cruel machines in pursuit of a good paycheck.
Dr. Cecil Breetske kicked me out and said it was from too many missed appts. Via phone call on May 15. 1 day after 1 missed appt. I was told I had no PCP, that he was not caring for me. So in my impression I was given no notice and abandoned. He did refill an rx when the pharmacy called him and I was surprised because I was told I had no doctor. I was frantic because I'm hypertensive. I got a letter that I was not home to sign for, so it sat at the post office a week. No hurry to get it, because I didn't know it was from him... read more
By far the worst we've ever seem for medical services. The people running this circus need to think about a different career
whenever Tenova switched over to Vitruvian health the administration took a deep dive. The follow up and scheduling of follow up labs/scans ordered by the Dr is atrocious at best. I truly love my actual Dr but the run around to get the follow ups scheduled is not worth it. The only option I see is to find a new Dr at this point.
If you have an appointment at 745, you shouldn't open the doors at 7:55..
