Get ready to be hung up on, put on hold for 10 minutes at a time and the most unhelpful and unfriendly front desk service. Tried to get a vaccine for myself because of having my new born baby and got hung up 3 times and at the end of it all they told me “they just don’t have it”. What an awful experience.
Absolutely the most incompetent people I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I have been waiting over a month for the pre-authorization department to do anything. Every time I speak to somebody, they seem to not have a clue of what’s going on.
Since when does a yearly exam with prescription Renewal Not preventive??? Their billing staff has no idea what they are doing. If it is time to get your prescriptions renewed and it is time for your free yearly exam, they will charge you like it was a sick visit. Even if there is absolutely nothing new wrong with you and you didn’t speak about anything being wrong during the appointment. Horrible care from a nurse practitioner named Jackie, because of her I have had to have 3 surgeries. She left a laceration wide open, needed cleaned and stocked but instead was put on a cast with laceration left wide open on my elbow, which she never looked at, just the X-rays. By the time I got to the orthopedic doctor, arm was swelled because of the cast and wrap being to tight on my arm, I'm not sure how much mobility I'll have left in my arm now because of this nurse practitioner. The staff here is inconsiderate and incompetent. They over book appointments then look for a reason not to see some of the patience because they are overwhelmed. My son called today for a medication refill and they told him he would need to be seen. They made him an appointment for 1:30. He was off today so no big deal. He drove half an hour and got there on time. He had to wait in line for half an hour to check in then when he got to the window they wouldn’t see him because he was late?!
