This office is nothing but problems from the first visit. Took over a month to finally get my prescription arranged. Both the pharmacy and I were having to call the office to fix issues. I’m still getting referral calls months later after leaving the practice as a patient. I am still getting emails and texts messages despite calling the office and telling them I do not want to be a patient of theirs anymore. The staff is and always has been friendly but the organization and lack of communication far overrides their staff.
I’ve been contemplating this for a couple of weeks now and I just got off a phone call that solidified my decision. I was seen a few weeks ago by Dr. O for an endocrinology appointment. I was thrilled to finally have an appointment because I’ve been trying to get in somewhere to be seen for a year now. Unfortunately due to my insurance, this office is sadly the only place that would see me. I have hashimotos and a few other autoimmune things and was really hoping for more answers and help.
