love the place and my Dr sherry foster is great she is wonderful with me and helping me with my health problems that I am having she has went above and beyond to help get me to where I am feeling better and ain't hurting as much and doing everything that she can to get me to the right doctor's that I need to be going to for the problems that I am having at the moment so my hats off to her and the staff and nurses at tenova health for doing an outstanding job.
I originally called just to get my prescription refilled. It Was Because of the receptionist abby, I couldn't do a tele-health. Upon arrival the office was so full that there. Wasn't even an open chair for the patients to sit in. The doctors care about there patients, but the receptionist do not. I will not be returning until the staff can respect the patients' time and money.
Crappy! I had an appointment but they failed to call me a few days before to remind me. I had missed a few appointments before about a week later i get a letter saying i have missed too many apparently they don't care! so they let me go but it was their fault for not reminding me cause no one is perfect I would not take my cat here! This place is a joke they have a bunch of weirdos working here! and Teresa these other office women have got have attitudes and are no help and should be fired!
I had to come here for a drug screen for employment. The nurse that took the urine sample told me she would send it to the lab that day and get the results back the following day and email the results back to my employer. I've been waiting almost 2 weeks now. My employer contacted the lab it was sent to 7 days after I gave my urine sample and they did not receive my urine sample yet. The only reason they got a star at all is so I could leave this comment. This is keeping me from working, this is unexceptable.
