Horrible experience with Suncrest Hospice when mom was battling pancreatic cancer in about October 2025. A few of the nurses and aides were great meanwhile the charge nurse said things that should never be said especially to a patient that was near end of life. We went to Alive hospice after revoking Suncrest hospice and they were amazing overall. I would never trust Suncrest hospice with any loved one.
I can not say enough wonderful things about this hospice group. Everyone from the first phone call all the way to our mother passing was absolutely amazing Someone was always available when we had a question. The nurses and aides, social worker, and chaplain were so respectful and caring through the entire process. Not once did we have a need that wasn't met in a timely and kind fashion. We love Lisa and Maddie
My mother had the best care from her nurse. I cannot say enough about Jennifer and her compassion. Not only for my mom but for us also. We'll forever be grateful to Jennifer and to SunCrest.
My dad went on hospice and the one nurse that came out was so rude. She wouldn't help my dad when he had an accident on himself, told me it was my responsibility not hers. As well as the pain he had was never controlled and it took forever to get him approved for pain meds. He suffered. Then when my dad passed, I asked the social worker if there was any support for funding for cremation/memorial and she told me no.
