My dad went on hospice and the one nurse that came out was so rude. She wouldn't help my dad when he had an accident on himself, told me it was my responsibility not hers. As well as the pain he had was never controlled and it took forever to get him approved for pain meds. He suffered. Then when my dad passed, I asked the social worker if there was any support for funding for cremation/memorial and she told me no. The care from hospital was good but, Brandy does not have very good communication, she is lazy. She said she was going to do one thing never did. Brandy never called to communicate during this tuff time with my mother.
Our family is so grateful to them for their outstanding service. The people that do this job are the most professional and kind folks that I have ever seen. They made my dad’s final weeks comfortable and supported us greatly. They are truly angels of mercy.
Me and my mom aren't very into hospice but so far everything is going well.Great staff...everyone is friendly. .get our supplies on time. I'd like to give a shout out to Ms.Epps for helping us very greatful.Ty
