Great experience! The social worker (Maddie) and nurse (Cara) are awesome! Super friendly and attentive to my mother’s needs. Definitely a blessing in such a hard time for our family.
Worst experience ever.!!! If I could give this outfit a negative 5 that's what score it would have received. A dementia patient with a terminal illness who is my friend for 23 years and I am his DPOA for all his medical and financial affairs was interviewed unbeknownst to me by a social worker from Suncrest. I walked into a meeting today only to be attacked and told that my DPOA was no good and that apparently I am going to be reported to adult protective services. Horrible experience with Suncrest Hospice when mom was battling pancreatic cancer in about October 2025. A few of the nurses and aides were great meanwhile the charge nurse said things that should never be said especially to a patient that was near end of life. We went to Alive hospice after revoking Suncrest hospice and they were amazing overall. I would never trust Suncrest hospice with any loved one.
I can not say enough wonderful things about this hospice group. Everyone from the first phone call all the way to our mother passing was absolutely amazing Someone was always available when we had a question. The nurses and aides, social worker, and chaplain were so respectful and caring through the entire process. Not once did we have a need that wasn't met in a timely and kind fashion. We love Lisa and Maddie
My mother had the best care from her nurse. I cannot say enough about Jennifer and her compassion. Not only for my mom but for us also. We'll forever be grateful to Jennifer and to SunCrest.
