I was victimized by Cat Scan staff bullying and patient profiling at Tenova Turkey Creek Medical Center. When I first arrived, a female Cat Scan employee sneered at me, & talked at me in a loud, hateful & disrespectful voice. As she did, I noticed her making eye contact with a fat male employee who leaned forward looking at me menancingly. The woman was very pompous, arrogant, hostile and condescending. Not a very pleasant experience. Nurses in ER treat one as if just another number. ER Doctors cold, condescending with a terrible bedside manner. Would not recommend.
I was admitted to this Medical Center on 10/16/13, with MRSA and released on 10/19/13. The staff was wonderful. I couldn't have gotten any better care. The food was not that bad. The only complains I have is with the TV, not enough channels. GJH Knoxville
One of The worst hospitals I have been to! Very poor patient care, poor food from their "cafeteria ", volunteers working their that Can't listen! !
