On 1/30/2026 my 82 year old husband fell about 5 ft onto his back in ice and snow. He is a long distance truck driver. You DID NOT c-t his entire spine as he requested. He was on a long haul continued to work. Because you said he was ok. He finally came home and had to see a specialist his T-10 vertebra is fractured and has been in terrible pain.

Horrible wait times. 2 hours post triage and had to get a patient advocate to finally get us a room. I showed her the triage area and how dirty it was coffee cups on equipment, ekg pads all over the floor. Papers with patents info laying on the floor, wrinkled paper that had not been changed. The patient came nurse just shrugged it off and said " we have been busy" An absolute nightmare. There was about 12 people still waiting to get seen when we finally got called back. Who sends a 92 year old female patient home without a brief? In fact they sent my mother home wearing no underwear. Who does this? I was told that there were students being trained there to help release the patients. Who are we training? What have we become? This goes without saying, common sense is not common anymore. So after my mother gets home and she tells me she needs to go to the bathroom and I tell her to just go in her brief.
