I was scheduled for gall bladder surgery June 2023. My experienced was mixed depending on who was caring for me. First I spoke with Sheree Adam's and she was very helpful. Later I had a Hida scan with Eldo and he was just wonderful. He was great administering an IV and was so caring and friendly. Later, when surgery was a few days away a nurse named Becky called and told me how to prep and she was so patient and friendly and was never rushed. She was wonderful. I took my Father to the doctor last month and was told if this hospital and his insurance didn't come to an agreement they wouldn’t be accepting his insurance anymore . He has United Healthcare . Few weeks ago I went for blood work and was told they didn’t accept my insurance and I had to pay out of pocket upfront for my labs , I have BlueCross Blue Shield plan E . Husband had surgery a week ago. The staff on surgical 2nd floor ICU and room 251 were excellent and caring. Random staff, all over, were courteous and helpful when needed. The hospital is so clean and pretty.
