Terrible psychiatric department for children. They put these kids in an all white room with a TV in a box that’s virtually impossible to turn on. They couldn’t even find a blanket. When in a regular ER room there was no pillows available. Didn’t get a choice for breakfast just brought what they wanted with a paper spoon and nothing to drink. Nurses were cold and unhelpful. Only positive experience was the Dr.

Everyone here are so mean. They are rude and call me 80 year old grandma that she was a addicted for going there in pain and told her that she wasn’t gonna get any pain medication there

Went into the ER around August 10th 2024..triage got me in pretty quick, put a bp cuff and an o2 sensor on my finger in the er room 3 hours had passed and no one even came in to do anything.. NOTHING..I went to the nurses desk and stripped all that stuff off me and put it on the desk.. then they wanted to do something. I told them I had been there long enough and I was going somewhere that would care. I wound up going to Memorial and they found 1 80% and 1 90% blockage in my heart..I had had have a heart attack. What a difference from Deathova! My RNs Reigh in the ER, Gladys, Rebecca, and Jennifer were absolutely stellar. The hospitalists took time with me.

I have a client in the hospital and I have been up here for the past 2 days during meals and so forth , for the most part it has been satisfactory,no big issues but I would like to say the tech my client had today on the 2nd fl. 2 north. Her name is Mary.W. and she has been outstanding! The care,compassion and professionalism ,I will say you don't often see anymore ! You all need More Marys.W. Sincerely
