Nurse Caitlin (the shorter one) was assigned to my room for the birth of my son and was absolutely amazing. I cannot say enough great things about her. She took time to explain things to us and was very caring. Dr. Windham was absolutely horrific. I told her exactly what I was not ok with and she ignored me. She was rude and impatient. My birth would have been safer and my son and I better off delivering in the parking lot outside. I’ll spare details but do not let Dr. Windham near your birth. My Mom was hospitalized for 3 days recently. She received great care. The nurses were nice and knowledgeable. The hospital Dr was great (Dr Crow)! He was very caring and professioal..

Pathetic excuse of a medical facility, wait times are crazy long. They bill you for nothing and call it something & yet we can't bill them for wasting hours of our lives sitting in this nasty place. Speaking of nasty....does anyone clean here? Parkridge will hopefully close these doors for good when they open. Bradley Medical should be ashamed to call themselves emergency care.
