I try to avoid going to the ER when I can. However, I got sick all of a sudden and felt like I needed to be checked. All of the staff in the ER that took care of me made me feel heard, respected, and valued. They really take care of their employees. My concerns were taken seriously and addressed. I am so grateful I have Bradley Medical & the awesome staff that accompanies it!! They helped save my life. Thank you 🩷

The care that I received here was unmatched! I was made to feel like a human being, cared for and respected as an individual! This hospital is certainly not what it used to be and would choose it all over again where before I would drive to another hospital for care! I left with a diagnosis and a plan for care. Dr. Plott was hands down the most caring and compassionate doctor at the ER. Would recommend this hospital to anyone!

I had an exceptional experience during my recent visit to the Bradley Medical Center ER for an anaphylactic reaction. The team was quick to assess me and get me seen, but the standout was the Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) Sydney Still. Sydney was extremely thorough, calming my fears and ensuring that I received prompt treatment. Her kindness and expertise made a very scary situation so much better. I had a hip replacement done there in January. My doctor was great and the nurses were wondering. My only problem with the hospital is the billing department. When I did the pre checking i did a down payment, and everything else. I sent up a payment plan. By February I had not received a statement so I called the hospital. They said they don't send payments which they never told me that before my surgery. But you can go online or call and make a payment. They need to tell people these things.
