I read a lot of negative reviews before going here, but I had a great experience. I was seen immediately and had updates right when they told me I would get them.

My child and great grandmother were in a car accident waited over 3 hrs to be seen. No pain meds no checks nothing until we were walking out they went to get us back. People came in after us and was seen before us. The night staff was unhelpful and dismissive when asked questions. Thought they were better than this as my last experience was better must have just been a good day.

We had to bring my Mom for some issues she was having to the Emergency Department. She went via ambulance and we met them there. She is 87. They were so nice to her and very efficient. They ran a battery of tests. The nurses were awesome. We started with Dorothy who was so calm and helpful. She got my mom settled then when she left we got another great nurse Amber who had to deal with my Mom not being the nicest. I apologized for my mom's outburst and she said that was nothing. This is a great hospital and a major asset to the local community. It has greatly improved in quality of care under the new ownership. It is also a good place to work. The company treats their staff well and compensates them fairly. I would certainly trust them with the care of my family members.
