I know ERs have long wait times, but 1.5 hours in the waiting room with my 3 year old son, he has a fever, severely dehydrated and lethargic, and throwing up. Finally get back and they said they don’t like to do IVs on kids so they will give him Tylenol and zofran then run a panel. Whatever, we’ll see if it helps first before an IV. Now we have been back in the room for 2.5 hours, saw the original doctor when we got here. No one has come in at all or so we have results on the panel. Mom at sicu they have been wonderful with her every time anything arose they were on top of it.I have to say i am extremely impress by the staff and teams there, they know what they ate doing and extremely caring.

I was sent yesterday to the ER by my Dr and I have to say that from the minute I enter through the door from check in to the administration nurse to the back I experienced the best care ever I couldn't have asked for better care. From the Dr to all the Nurses everyone was absolutely wonderful to me and very kind and polite everyone I met including The Lady that came and got me for the CT Scan and even Haley from admissions.
