There was a misunderstanding about the reschedule of my CT scan today. They were awesome and worked me into the schedule today when I got there...I believed the reschedule was for today and they had it down for tomorrow.. Thank you for working me in!!!
My nephew went here to ER with terrible ear pain and high fever. They told him he had some fluid buildup and to go buy Sudafed.Also, they only checked one ear. Two days later still hurting he goes to AFC urgent care and he has a bad ear infection that they said he has had awhile. We definitely need a new ER here in Cleveland TN!
Very professional and informative from all of the staff. I came in through the AMAZING professional ambulance service to ER with terrible chest pain and had been falling over. They went above and beyond. Through testing through their cardiology, along amazing communication with my current doctors.The food was very impressive giving various options for universal nutrition needs. They took the best care of me while I was in an uncertain scary state. 10/10 recommend.
Visited a relative in hospital for respiratory failure, still not on continous pulse ox apparently the hospital no longer has the technology for this is what I was told. Floors had dried brown liquid everywhere badly needed mopped it was in the hallways.
I called to set up an echo appointment and they told me I needed to pay my whole bill ahead of time. My appointment's not for 2 weeks why would I even do that. Why would I pay for a service before the service has been rendered? When I told him I would not be paying today and I have no interest in paying today, they then told me that I would get 20% off if I paid today. So you're going to charge me 20% more on the day that my service is rendered? I hung up. They called again saying I needed to pay today or make a payment plan... read more
