I was taken by ambulance to the er after a fall. The care was absolutely horrible. My vital were never taken, I was there five hours. Xrays were taken immediately, but I didn't even have a name bracelet on! When the nurse came to give me more pain meds she realized it, grabbed the arm that I had fallen on. This place is absolute garbage and the staff are despicable! You are out of your mind if you bring yourself or your loved ones here looking for care they will die miserably with the medical machines beeping like crazy in their ears because they are too lazy to turn them off! Disgusting!
I went for a mammogram today and something was wrong with the order, it's hard enough to take the day off to schedule this time just to find 5hat their order is wrong and they cannot do it. It's very frustrating.
The entire Tennova Healthcare network needs to seriously rethink their priorities. Most of the staff are sweet as can be, and would bend over backwards to help you - if they could. Others will make fun of you outright with you standing right there.
