Tennova healthcare’s customer service is atrocious. And as soon as my doctor joined this medical group, I can no longer make direct contact with his office. And more often than not the messages I leave through Tennova’s switchboard do not get any response. Their patient portal is their preferred method of communication. The first message I left was not received by my doctor for over a month. I left another message over two months ago. Still waiting. I like my doctor but I am leaving.
