I'll pray I never need your facility again. I was lied to by your Tennova phone rep about my appt. She said my insurance won't cover a 2nd mammogram (because it's not my 1st one) and I will owe $987. They won't cover it THERE because you did not renew your contract with my insurer. Why lie and make your patients believe they have no choice but to cancel or pay a thousand dollars?? I set up an appt elsewhere and my insurance is covering it 100%. Get some ethics, folks.
