My first time going to them was today the office staff and nurse was great and I really like Opal Caldwell, she was my doctor

Appointment was at 2:30... Almost closing time and haven't been seen yet. That's TWO HOURS! They wayyyy overbook appointments to make the money but severely disrespect people's time. There was a poor elderly lady who had to give someone a ride here and she was sitting in her vehicle waiting for 2 1/2 hours! Tiny parking lot so you have to drive around and around until another patient leaves the doctors office so you can get a spot. Your best option - find an alternative provider.
