Horrible patient service! 45 minutes in the waiting room still have not been called back. The lines are atrocious and I feel like a cow being led to slaughter than a valued patient waiting to see a Dr. I would not recommend this experience to anyone

Just when you think it can’t get an my worse. I had surgery scheduled and could get no one to call me when I had questions. I even left message for office manager, nothing . Then after surgery there was very little communications. The expectation was the surgery would be easy and on my foot in 2 weeks. I was later told that was not true. Then, the most recent, office orders MRI and I schedule the MRI 3 weeks later and when I show up, MRI was not submitted for approval with my insurance. I went in for two reasons: one being that I have a wart that's been bothering me since around March/April, the other being that my feet hurt so badly, so constantly, that it feels like I'm walking on Lego bricks at all times. They charge me $60 for the visit, per my insurance policy. They x-ray my feet. I see the doctor for all of 5 minutes. I have debated whether or not I should write this post. I was in TN for a funeral and had a bunion flare up so my friend recommended her podiatrist office and this was the one of the branches that had an availability the next day. I thought it was great! Maybe I can get some relief. That was far from what happened in my experience. Its pretty sad that you are discriminating against me for being low income. I offerred to self pay and you refuse to see me at all because im a medicaid patient. EVEN THOUGH you actually see patients who are self pay AND offer a self pay discount. I however, am barred from being seen there just because I have medicaid. Sad excuse for medical professionals.
