Most unprofessional place I have ever been to, waited 2 hrs. The nurse was rude because mom is in a wheelchair and couldn't get up on the table. Took her 2 minutes to clip her nails. Nothing else was done. We had requested that the dead skin and debris be removed from around and under her toenails, because she is severely arthritic and cannot manage herself. The VA sends my husband there. The first time we were there he waited almost 2 hours to be seen. He has an appointment today and has been waiting an hour already, and other people in the lobby who were supposed to have appointments before him have been waiting longer. The VA asks that we send them reviews an all of the Dr's offices that we are outsourced to, and I'm going to suggest that we not be sent here again. Sorry but why make appointments if nothing is going to be on time. We're going to try and wait a little longer b... read more
Never got to an appointment with them due to the total unprofessionalism of the staff just over the phone. If they are rude and unprofessional over the phone, can only imagine what they are like in person. Kind of expected for a clinic that works out of a substandard hospital.
Not sure why so many 5 stars reviews .. we have seen dr . Harrison at LaFollette office and at North Knoxville..my husband had foot surgery last May/June. He has thrombosis. At all of the appointments Dr. Harrison acted like he was always in a hurry. Never taking the time to answer anything or explain anything . He only sat down for a moment when he checked my husband foot . If we asked questions he would just say well every one is different we will have to wait and see how it goes ..
