On my second appointment the office decided that I had to pay a copay even though I’ve met my out of pocket for the year. They claim it’s due to being a specialist. This is not how it works and I had to walk out bc they were going to make me pay $90. I’m a medical professional and have been to many specialists since I met my out of pocket, with no charges incurred. This doctor has lost a patient. And wasted my time. My wife suffered with a foot problem for over a year. We went to 4 different doctors and had multiple tests done until we finally found Dr. Harbin. He diagnosed her problem, did the necessary procedure and she was back to normal with no problems within a month. He and his staff are amazing. If you have a foot problem do yourself a favor and see Dr. Harbin.
Dr. Harbin is the most caring and patient doctor. He spends whatever time you need with him and never seems to rush you. He's very knowledgeable and professional. I was one of his first patients to be allergic to titanium that was put in my foot and he realized the problem fixed it right away. His staff is also caring and compassionate just like him. I recommend him 100%. You will see that his bed side manner is just different than other doctors. Love him
Was a new patient waited for 45 minutes, receptionist said doctor was running behind already at 10 am. Told assistant to take me off the books, they just said ok. This place is busy enough they do not need new business, as I waited almost one month to get an appointment. I'm sure my leaving has no effect on their business and it would not matter if they had one star for their entire business.
