Los apartamentos son muy viejos y claramente no han sido renovados en años. Tienen los techos con popcorn ceiling, no hay luz principal en los cuartos, y la cocina parece sacada de los años 80. Peor aún, hay moho y cucarachas por todas partes. Es evidente que el mantenimiento no es una prioridad para la administración.
