Rated 2/fair because of conflicted feelings. Tennies’ has been my “go to” jeweler for the past couple years. Had 2 rings appraised, another ring cut off my finger & missing stone replaced, a ring sized, etc. etc. It was my most recent visit that left me uneasy and questioning their practices. I just got engaged on December 30th 2014 and the staff at both stores when above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect ring. Amy did a wonderful job hearing me on what I wanted and then Brian drove back and forth from Appleton to Oshkosh so I could have my ring that day. I could not have asked for anything better!! I love Tennies, but I LOVE my RING! Brian was also the first to congratulate me. Thank you for being apart of making my dream come true.
This is the best jewelry store I have been to. When I was shopping for an engagement ring I went to almost every store in the Fox cities and tennie's not only blew them away for price but they are also the only store who stocks mostly top of the line diamonds with D color and ideal cut, this was important to me and every other store had to special order it, but tennie's had a wide range of D color to choose from.
