Unfortunately, our experience with this property management company was very poor. We managed multiple properties with them and eventually transitioned away due to a lack of marketing, limited operational support, and repeated requests for the owner to handle tasks that should clearly fall under property management. Once we gave notice, maintenance costs increased with no reasonable explanation, purchases were made without approval, and any attempts to question or understand charges were met with refusal. Dawn is great, she responds quickly, and helped me to find, tour, and rent the perfect place!
Our rental has been managed by Tenney Properties for almost 15 years. They have been wonderful to work with and have done a great job. We recently decided to sell our property. Dawn Talbot coordinated all the various repair people needed to get our house ready for market. What a fabulous job she did!! I just can't say enough good things about all her work. The house turned out beautifully and sold in a short amount of time.
