I have multiple properties with multiple Property mangers in different states. I only state this because I have some experience dealing with property managers. Dawn was very helpful and very friendly i would recommend tenney properties to anybody. They made it so easy to find and to get into a rental Plan on using them when we are ready to purchase a house. Thank you tenney properties
Unfortunately, our experience with this property management company was very poor. We managed multiple properties with them and eventually transitioned away due to a lack of marketing, limited operational support, and repeated requests for the owner to handle tasks that should clearly fall under property management. Once we gave notice, maintenance costs increased with no reasonable explanation, purchases were made without approval, and any attempts to question or understand charges were met with refusal.
