Worst realty company on the planet not just in AZ. Wife tried to rent a place they were managing. She got discriminated against because she was pregnant at the time and Dawn T counted the baby as another person living in the house. She told her I cant rent you a 3 bedroom and dont have any 4s. Even when AZ law was explained to her she acted as if she didnt care. We saved all text messages and filed a complaint with the AZ AG and will be talking to a lawyer as well. Stay away!!!!

I have multiple properties with multiple Property mangers in different states. I only state this because I have some experience dealing with property managers. I decided to rent our Pinetop country club home out. I contacted multiple property managers but when I spoke with Dawn Talbot I knew her energy and personality was the type of person I wanted on my team. I told her In the call she was hired. Dawn was very helpful and very friendly i would recommend tenney properties to anybody. They made it so easy to find and to get into a rental Plan on using them when we are ready to purchase a house. Thank you tenney properties

Unfortunately, our experience with this property management company was very poor. We managed multiple properties with them and eventually transitioned away due to a lack of marketing, limited operational support, and repeated requests for the owner to handle tasks that should clearly fall under property management. Once we gave notice, maintenance costs increased with no reasonable explanation, purchases were made without approval, and any attempts to question or understand charges were met with refusal.
