Had Rob and Team replace an existing deck while adding another section of deck with a kitchenette and new doors out to the desk. Great team, they communicated regularly and were very professional. I priced the job out to a few different contractors and found Rob to be well priced for the work. Only issue I had was with one of his contractors that when doing over-seeding on affected areas did not use quality seed and had a ton of broadleaf and other not so nice grass.
We’ve been using Rob Tennett and his team for years, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Finding a contractor who’s honest, dependable, reasonably priced, and consistently delivers quality work is rare—and that’s exactly what we’ve found with Rob. Rob did an amazing job installing our heated tile flooring. He also completed a room construction project for back in 2019, and both projects turned out beautifully. His craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail are outstanding. I would highly recommend him and his crew.
I highly recommend Rob and Tennett Builders. We had a complete kitchen and first floor renovation done to include cabinets, flooring, stonework, tile, and everything else that can be imagined. Rob and his team were amazing to work with, extremely trustworthy in our home, cleaned up after every day, and just all round a great experience. Every sub-contractor that was utilized were also fantastic to work with. We fully plan on using Tennett Builders for future renovations in our home.
Rob solved all my problems, the team was easy to work with and made the whole process much easier. The team was especially helpful with our addition and roofing projects. Can’t wait to move forward again with entire team on future projects.
