I am extremely impressed with Bruce and his team. They were extremely thorough and provided a detailed report of what was needed for our 104 year old house. He was also able to advise on multiple things and direct us to companies that can help as well. The attention to detail and professionalism are first class. The most costly mistake we’ve ever made was trusting our realtor with the recommendation to use TN Valley Property Inspections during the purchase of our home in 2022. Bruce Hull preformed our inspection two years ago and completely disregarded major issues and red flags that have now resulted in the loss of two different contracts on our home while trying to sell. Sean came out to our home for our inspection and missed so many key items. Our kitchen sink was totally not up to code, and none of the plumbing was done correctly. After our first shower in the home, we had water damage on our first fooor sealing and walls. Our downstairs bath tub was rated at “good” despite it not being properly installed and caulked, which also lead to water damage. As soon as we ran both shower faucets, we had major leaks. I would not recommend this company for your home inspection.
