Love everything about Tennessee Valley Pediatric we have used the main office and Russellville Al office and I can’t say anything but they all are great..
Just want to say the nurse i had today was absolutely the best I have ever had. And I am grateful for her. Her name is April. She went beyond and above for my sick baby.
We've had many great experiences here—caring doctors, friendly staff, and excellent care every visit. They really know how to make kids feel at ease. One small suggestion: consider asking families to limit guests when possible. The lobby is often packed with extra visitors like grandparents and siblings, which makes seating tight. A gentle sign could help keep the space more comfortable for everyone.
I love Dr. Melvin. He was my son’s pediatrician at Infants and Children’s over 23 years ago and has at some point taken care of all five of my children. He is reasonable and compassionate and I believe looks out for their well-being.
Receptionist is so rude!! If you don't like your job find a new one!! Everyone is going through something!! But when it comes to sick children you should be professional not rude!!
