We take our son (18 months) here and we have never had any complaints on the care he received! The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. I’ve never felt like they brushed over serious concerns we bring to them and they always try to find a solution!
This place makes a stressful situation feel like a breeze. The nurses are always so kind and attentive, and don't make us feel judged. His most recent visit, he had an accident. His nurse was kind enough to ensure us its okay, that things happen, and even went as far as to bring him a change of clothes. Normal offices wouldn't have batted an eye, but tva's nurse (Caroline I believe her name was) jumped into action and helped us, making the appointment so much smoother.
We love the staff here. They are always friendly and very caring.
