Excellent care by Dr. Kirby and the entire staff. Just a very kind and polite group all the way around. Dr. Kirby is efficient and discusses your treatment plan at length. I’m so grateful to have been referred to this practice.

Problem is there is no other communication except the phone number that doesn't get turned on until the ladies feel like turning them on. DR Kirby is a very good doctor gives you answers to your questions. Make sure you always bring notes and questions to ask. Maddie the scheduler is nice but hard to get a call back from. They are busy I know but, you would hope if you call when phones do go one that you get a call that day. Wish there were more ways to communicate to the office.

I have to take a moment to praise Dr. Kirby and the staff at Tennessee valley Oncology. My mother has advanced stage 4 cancer and everyone in this office have been absolutely amazing in their dedication to patient care. If you're in North Alabama this is the place you want to go for treatment.
