I took my car to this dealership to replace a strut that was covered under my 60 thousand mile warranty(as stated in my contract) I picked up my car and a week later they called saying we owed them $500.00 that it wasn't covered. I called the previous dealership that looked at it and said it waz covered. They said it's covered and they don't know why Valley Tennessee Ford is trying to bill us.This dealership is not honest.They are now threatening to take it to collections.. good place to do auto business
I am very upset!!! I drop my truck off for a oil change they were supposed to call me when they were done they never called me they closed and didn’t call me to tell me my truck was done and now I don’t have my truck till tomorrow horrible service!!!
