Have used them exclusively for 12 years + two properties. They are consistent, kind, and Charlie, the tech, is the best!
No longer a good company. Original owner passed away and his children (who should not operate a business) have taken over. I had them perform a termite inspection for a refinance and they indicated there was no termites but there might have been sometime in the past. They recommended treatment which I felt was reasonable. They then failed the inspection and indicated treatment was required. Extortion to force a sale is bad business. Tennessee Valley Ext. Has been around for a long time. They have always provided great service. The staff is very friendly. I would recommend them. I don’t have insects thanks to them. Especially spiders.
The technician are friendly and on time... love this company for my needs
