I can’t say enough good things about my experience. After an unsuccessful attempt by another dentist, Dr. Barrett was about to identify the issue and successfully treat it. I was so impressed with his willingness to work me into his schedule on short notice before I had to leave town. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. I went in for a root canal on #13 tooth. A root canal was performed. I still had pain afterward and they kept telling me everything is fine and it takes time for root canal to heal. 6 months passed and I was still in pain, they still told me it takes time! Thank God, I went and got another second opinion. The tooth was still infected and the root canal had failed. I felt gaslit this complete process to find that out. The office ladies are very nice, and it's not their fault, but this place does not deserve to be in business. The doctor would not even consider working with DHR to be paid for an urgent service a foster child needed. Even when getting them a check ahead of time was offered, which would have taken care of any concerns about being paid. He did not refer to another office or anything. He offered no help whatsoever; he simply didn't want to dral with the slight inconvenience. Shameful and immoral.
Great staff easy to set appointment, and do thr online first time paperwork. Megan was great as was Dr Barrett. Will use them again if needed and will definitely refer.
The staff was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Dr Barrett was very kind and explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them.
