I'd like to know where you stand on this 28 day cycle. I worked a long time to get my weekends off with my daughter who I see twice a month. Now that will be yanked out from under me. Not to mention all the overtime money I will not receive because I have a 1yr old, 2yr old and a 12yr old that do get sick from time to time. What happen to all that talk about y'all stopping that. We need a union!!!

About once a year I have someone at work say the words that make me laugh. TSEA. Such an impudent resource. I moved here from a northern stated that had a state employee union. The pay was twice as much and the benefits were outstanding. The TSEA has not power, no influence, no membership and not a snowballs chance in making a change for the state employees. They say they fight for us but you fight for yourselves. When was the last time state employees received a pay raise that amounted to anything above inflation? Well see ... read more
