I am no longer a state employee. I was practically forced to retire when I was RIFed in May, 2017. I am 63 years old, have spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease, scoliosis and facet joint disease. Needless to say, no one is going to hire me. I had to fight tooth and nail to get ADA accommodations. After calling TSEA, they did NOTHING. I engaged the services of a lawyer and eventually got my accommodation. TSEA was useless.
