We been banking with them for five years we love it
I almost always go to the Pigeon Forge branch near traffic light #6 and they are so friendly. It's hard to imagine banking anywhere else when you can walk in and they greet you like family. If they don't see me for a bit they ask how I've been. I think your employees are what helps make you such a great bank and those working at that branch are fantastic!
Had a very good experience with credit card problem, Kim and staff worked to solve it. Thanks Kim and supervisor an staff, taking care of a customer concern, I realize there are businesses that really care about people.
