I started banking here a month ago since my national bank is no longer represented here. I inquired at that time about their ATMs taking cash deposits. The branch in Kodak does not and was advised to call the other branches to find out. Thanks. I now just went to deposit a check through the on-line app and find that you must request approval first. This bank does not seem to take customer service nor being convenient seriously. Look into other banks locally if you need consumer friendly banking.

Everytime my husband or myself need assistance, they are ready and available to help. We always have great service from all of the locations we have visited.
