Terrible customer service.
I love TSB. Form a relationship with the folks there and you will have a great experience. It’s nice to bank with a bank with a local feel.

Banked with them wasn't very pleased
Overall terrible service. I initially started using this bank to keep money local, and could even overlook their antiquated systems due to the friendly personnel. Recently, however, the staff have become not only unhelpful but downright rude. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this institution to avoid if at all possible and establish with one of the other more reputable local lenders.
