Chris Kirschstein and Rance Ault were dispatched for a Hot water tank replacement. After accessing the job they quoted me for a 50 gal Lp tank and a tankless system. I went with the tankless system, and they immediately started the install. They were both very professional and the installation went flawlessly. I am pleased with the service Tennessee standard plumbing has delivered and will use again if a plumbing need occurs again.
Jacob and Corey did an excellent job and were very professional and courteous. They did a great job explaining what the process was and after the job was complete they went over what they had done and explained everything in detail. They did a great job on the cleanup after the job was complete.
Had a plumbing emergency at one of my rentals that needed same day attention. I called Tennessee Standard and was immediately greeted by a real person and employee - so no ai and no answering service. They were professional and courteous and told me they would schedule someone to come out right away.
